• ✅ Complete fingerprinting 
  • Previously employed with another Texas school district? We will review your background and let you know if you need to fingerprint again. 
  • New to a district? Look for an email from nobody@uemail.identogo.com (check spam). If you have not received this email within 24 hours, contact TEA for fingerprinting paperwork and code: helpdesk.tea.texas.gov 
• ✅ Remind references to complete electronic reference request (include your most recent principal or supervisor). 
• ✅ ACP: Request Statement of Eligibility (SOE) from your ACP program and upload it to your application.
  • Emergency Permit: If you do not have an SOE and are interested in an emergency permit, please complete this form: Deficiency Plan Request
• ✅ Apply and pay for your Intern Certificate.

• ✅ Mail or email your service records and official transcript (include degree conferral date):

  • Note: Service records must be sent directly from your previous district and official transcripts must be sent directly from your university.
• ✅ Wait for confirmation of credentials, salary, and start date. 

✅ Record your employee ID for system access 
✅ Note your first paycheck date 

1. ✅ Complete Part I of I-9 Form Online within 3 days: I-9 Form – Part 1 
   • Use zip 77429, select Professional 
2. ✅ Schedule or attend document verification.
3. ✅ Bring acceptable ID documents: USCIS I-9 Documents

✅ Sign your contract electronically 
✅ Complete onboarding forms (including direct deposit) 

• After completing your onboarding forms, you will receive an automatic email with instructions on how to schedule your appointment to receive your badge.

✅ Complete Survey (Director of Talent Management will email you a link to complete it)
